Made in the Annapolis Valley along the Bay of Fundy coast, all of my offerings have been handmade with care and gratitude for the land.
Slow and thoughtful is how I would describe my approach to herbalism. My offerings are made with lots of time and patience and in small batches. Made with plants that are local to me, that are growing right outside my door or found in a nearby forest or meadow. Because I work with seasonal and local plants, once I run out of something it could be a few months until I can make more.
I began making herbal medicine to help me better manage my chronic health conditions and to have access to topical pain relief and skincare without fragrance and harsh ingredients. I then started sharing my products with friends and family, now I am ready to offer what I've been making to anyone else who may need them. These plants continue to support me through life with chronic illnesses. My relationship with the plants growing around me, using them to help me through each day has changed my life. I'll be thanking the earth forever for its gifts and giving back however I can.
